We handle a variety of different kinds of construction disputes, including representing developers; representing builders; representing buyers; construction defect cases; insurance claims; misrepresentations in the sale of real estate; elimination of liens; temporary restraining orders and injunctions; and mediation, litigation and arbitration over contract breaches.
