- Litigating employer/employee disputes. Our litigation work involving employment law disputes may involve administrative work, arbitration, and/or courtroom work. Areas include compensation (including bonus or commission disputes), benefits, confidentiality, covenants to not compete, partnership disputes, bylaw or company agreement disputes, and wrongful termination claims. Many of our employment law cases have also included temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions, injunctions, and Anti-Slapp claims.
