Macy is a licensed Texas attorney whose practice focuses on the areas of wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, business transactions including mergers and asset sales and purchases, business formations, and real estate including leases, deed research, and sales.
Macy assists clients in designing and implementing simple to complex estate plans, including the drafting of simple and complex wills and trust agreements, as well as drafting, implementation, and reporting of sophisticated estate planning documents and techniques. Macy also regularly assists clients in business formation and restructuring, corporate governance, and merger and acquisitions. She also works on matters involving non-profit and tax-exempt organizations.
Macy received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. After earning her J.D., Macy moved to Houston and obtained her Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center.
